I knew it was a little risque’ given the infamous book title.
I’m not going to lie….when I first chose this name for the company it came with meaning...Actually, I should tell you the real truth - my father is the one who came up with it - he’s always had a knack for catchy phrases and words...
The name also took on another meaning for me…there are so many different types of clients out there with so many individual needs, wants, loves, hates, events, weddings, and life changing moments that they want to make special. There are so many shades to these clients, layers..and I always felt that if i could get their color..their exact shade…
I knew I could create the best possible day for them to love their lives in these moments.
I knew it would make people stop and look twice.
I knew that once they were in, they’d be hooked....
At first i laughed and said “OKAY DAD!”..but then something kept me going back to it..
Brillant Dad, just brilliant..
It was important to me that I set myself apart from all of these other “planners • coordinators • event designers.” I can’t tell you how many times i’ve come across the words...
I always thought to myself…“well, that’s a given”…obviously those things should be understood…it’s what else that makes the difference and sets one company apart from the other.
